Kristen Kelly is an American country music singer from Lorena, Texas. She is signed to Arista Nashville and has released her debut single, "Ex-Old Man". The song is the first from her forthcoming debut album, produced by Tony Brown and Paul Overstreet.[1] Country Universe gave the song a B+, praising the sound as "back-to-basics".[2] It debuted at number 60 on the Hot Country Songs chart dated May 12, 2012.[3]

Kelly has also joined Brad Paisley's 2012 Virtual Reality World Tour.[4]

There has been controversy over her debut single using a riff without permission from New Zealand band OMC's single "How Bizarre", which reached number one in the US in 1997.[5]
