Kieran Long

Kieran Long is senior curator of contemporary architecture, design and digital at the Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A) since 2013.[1] In addition to his role at the V&A, he is the architecture critic for the Evening Standard newspaper.[2]

Career

Long graduated from Cardiff University in 1998 with a degree in English literature.

He has undertaken a number of journalism roles, including deputy editor Icon magazine, editor in chief of the Architects' Journal and the Architectural Review.[3]

Long was assistant director to David Chipperfield at the 2012 Venice Architecture Biennale.

His television work includes presenting 'Restoration Home' and the 'The House That £100k Built' for the BBC.[4]
