Kenneth Stainbank Nature Reserve is a 253 hectare protected area in the suburb of Yellowwood Park, Durban, South Africa.^[1] The park was proclaimed in 1963, after land was donated by Mr Kenneth Stainbank for its purpose.^[1] The reserve is managed by Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife.

Flora and Fauna

The park contains many real yellowwood trees,^[2] for which the surrounding suburb is named. The park has coastal forest and natural grassland which is habitat to the following animals:^[1]

Facilities and Trails

There are 13 kilometres of nature walks, as well as a 10 kilometre mountain bike trail in the park.^[3] There is also a wheelchair-friendly trial in the reserve.^[2]
