Keith Elwell (birth registered January→March 1950[1]) birth registered in Warrington district, Lancashire, is an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s and '80s playing at representative level for Great Britain, England, and Lancashire, and at club level for Widnes, Barrow (loan), as a Fullback, or Hooker, i.e. number 1, or 9.

Playing career

International honours

Keith Elwell won caps for England while at Widnes in 1978 against France, and Wales,[2] and won caps for Great Britain while at Widnes in the 1977 Rugby League World Cup against Australia, and in 1980 against New Zealand (2 matches).[3]
