Karyme Lozano (Spanish pronunciation: [kaˈɾime loˈsano]; born Karyme Lucía Virginia Lozano Carreno on April 3, 1978 in Mexico City, D.F., Mexico) is a Mexican actress.

Biography

Lozano was born April 3, 1978 in Mexico City, D.F., Mexico. She is niece of Mexican actor Jaime Lozano and cousin of former Mexican footballer Jaime Lozano. Since childhood loved to sing, dance and act. Her studies were conducted at the American college, however, to take lessons with director José Luis Ibáñez, realized that whenever she liked the action and that was her true profession, situation proved to be part of the Televisa's la escuela de actuación (CEA).

She is best known as a star of telenovelas Amar Sin Límites, 1999-2000 Televisa series Tres mujeres,[1] El Manantial, Niña amada mía and the Venevisión telenovela Soñar no Cuesta Nada, entirely shot in Miami, Florida and was also chosen to take part of the series Mujeres Asesinas, in its second season. also a hit series in Mexico City. She also sang the latter series' theme song. Lozano also starred in several theatrical plays in Mexico City.
