Kareah

Kareah (bald); the father of Johanan and Jonathan, who for a time were loyal to Gedaliah, the Babylonian governor of Jerusalem (Jeremiah 40:8, 40:13,40:15-16) -- but only due to Gedaliah's rule enabling them to continue to live in their ancestral lands in Judea (as both of them incorrigibly followed the corrupt religious practices which had caused Jerusalem to be destroyed in the first place -- as shown in Jermiah 43).
