Kamchybek Tashiev (born September 27, 1968) is a Kyrgyzstani politician and current head of the political party Ata-Jurt.[1][2] He is a citizen of Kyrgyzstan and father of four sons. 1987-1989's he served in the Soviet Army. 1992nd he graduated from the Tomsk State University with a degree in chemical engineering. And 1999 he graduated Kyrgyz National University by specialization lawyer.
During his party's run of success during the 2010 Kyrgyzstani parliamentary election, on 23 October, Tashiev's home was burglarized. He later stated to Al Jazeera that "they broke in like bandits...I think they intended to shoot me. I believe they tried to eliminate me - the forces that want to cancel election results and impose a state of emergency. I know for sure, GSNB [security services] was behind these actions."[3] But after all of that his party was elected with more votes.
