Kahootz Toys is a toy company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The privately held company designs and sells creative products for children including Spirograph, which was nominated for two Toy of the Year awards by the British Association of Toy Retailers,[1] and won the ASTRA Best Toys for Kids award in the Classic Play - 8 yrs+ category in 2013[2]

The company was founded in January 2012 by Doug Cass, Colleen Loughman, Joe Yassay, and Brent Oeschger.[3][4]

The Spirograph (along with Kahootz' Lite-Brite) was exhibited at the 2013 Sweet Suite 13[5] show in Chicago, Illinois and the 2014 American International Toy Fair in New York City, New York[6]

In a 2013 interview,[7] Cass stated that he brought back the Spirograph because he saw an opportunity for success in the nostalgia market and felt that it would do well.
