KVGQ (106.9 FM, "Q106.9") is an American radio station licensed to serve Overton, Nevada, USA. The station is owned by Kemp Broadcasting and the broadcast license is held by Kemp Communications, Inc. Its studios are located on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip, making it one of few media outlets located here, and its transmitter site is based near Moapa Valley.

KVGQ broadcasts a hot hits format to the Las Vegas metropolitan area.[2] This station's programming is also simulcast to the Phoenix, Arizona, area on KEMP (99.3 FM) in Payson, Arizona.

The station was assigned the call sign "KVGQ" by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on November 13, 2009.[1]

Until its format switch on June 24, 2013, the station broadcast an adult hits format specializing in some rather obscure pop and rock songs not heard on the radio in a long time, and for some songs, never before in America.

Booster station

KVGQ programming is also carried by a booster station to extend or improve the coverage area of the station.
