José Manuel Figueroa, Jr. (born May 15, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois) is a popular Mexican singer, songwriter, and actor.[1]

He is the son of the late Mexican singer Joan Sebastian (real birth name José Manuel Figueroa, Sr.).[2] His debut album was Expulsado del Paraiso, released in 1995, which sold over 30 million copies. His father, Joan Sebastian died on July 13, 2015 at 7:15pm CT.

Personal life

José Manuel Figueroa was born on May 15, 1975, to Mexican singer Joan Sebastian and Teresa Figueroa-González, brother Juan Sebastian Figueroa(†) and Trigo De Jesus Figueroa(†). His father, Joan Sebastian, helped him produce his first album, Expulsado del Paraiso. He has two children, daughter Gabriela Figueroa and son Nikolas Figueroa. His most recent album is Rosas y Espinas (2013).
