John Will Stacy (born March 29, 1953) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 71 s [2] since January 1993.

Education

Stacy earned his BS from Morehead State University and his JD from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
