John Ricco

John Ricco (born in Cresskill, New Jersey) is the assistant general manager of the New York Mets. Ricco worked in the office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball, before joining the Mets in 2004.[1] He became Assistant GM in 2006. Ricco was named interim GM following the dismissal of Omar Minaya[2] from October 4, 2010 until October 29, when the Mets hired Sandy Alderson to replace Minaya.[3]
