Joan Sinar

Joan Collier Sinar (1 June 1925 – 18 January 2015) was an English archivist who set up the county archives for Staffordshire, Devon and Derbyshire.[1]

She was a graduate of Somerville College, Oxford University, where she was a contemporary of Margaret Thatcher.
