Jermaine Fazande (born January 14, 1975) is a former American football running back of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 1999 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oklahoma.

Many thought that San Diego went too high on what most thought was just a fullback. Despite criticism, he had a 30 carry 183 yard 1 touchdown performance in week 17 of his rookie season. This seemed to be only a fluke, as he barely doubled his week 17 performance in 2000 with 368 yards on 119 carries.

After his stint with the Chargers, Fazande resurfaced and is currently a police officer[1] with the Rice University Police Department in Houston, TX.
