Family

Adams comes from a family of successful actors. His father was Nick Adams,[1] and his mother is Carol Nugent.[2] He is the younger brother of playwright/author Allyson Adams, the nephew of Judy Nugent and Buck Taylor, a cousin to Adam Taylor, Anne Lockhart, Cooper Taylor and Matthew Taylor, and the grandson of Carl Nugent.

Career

Adams began his career at a young age. In 1969, he won a part in the film Run, Angel, Run. He also had a part in the film The Goonies. Arguably, his most memorable role was that of Christopher in the 1987 film Flowers in the Attic. His television credits include Quincy, M.E. and Airwolf.

In adulthood, Adams became a professional production designer in commercials, working such directors as Michael Cuesta and Tony Kaye.
