Jamie Owens, also known as Jamie Davyous Owens, is an. American voice actress who had worked with 4Kids Entertainment during Pokémon: Advanced Battle in which she took the role of Officer Jenny before Pokémon USA took over the distribution. She is a professionally trained actress who provided voiceovers in television adverts and movies.
She studied at New York University at the time of 9-11, watched the World Trade Center being destroyed, and subsequently took refuge in her apartment during the aftermath.[1]
