Isaac N. Coggs

Isaac N. Coggs (June 5, 1920 April 8, 1973)[1][2] was an American Democratic politician from Wisconsin.

Born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, Coggs graduated from University of Wisconsin–Madison and served in the United States Army during World War II. He served in the Wisconsin State Assembly 1953-1964, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and then the Milwaukee County, Wisconsin Board of Supervisors in 1964.[3][4]
