InterMedia Outdoor Holdings

InterMedia Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (a.k.a. InterMedia Outdoor), a subsidiary of private equity investment firm InterMedia Partners, is an outdoors media group in the United States. They publish 17 hunting, fishing and shooting magazines, and own the Sportsman Channel specialty channel, purchased from its founders in June 2007 .[1][2][3]

In addition to traditional magazine publishing, InterMedia Outdoor is also involved with 11 top-rated TV series, syndicated radio, consumer events, and brand-driven merchandising businesses.
