The Indore–Pune Express (Marathi:इंदूर – पुणे एक्स्प्रेस, Hindi:इंदौर – पुणे एक्सप्रेस) is a Mail/Express Train of the Indian Railways, which runs between Indore Junction railway station of Indore, the largest city and commercial hub of Central Indian state Madhya Pradesh and Pune Junction of Pune, the commercial hub of neighbouring state Maharashtra. It is the only rail connection between Indore and Pune.

Train no.22944 departs from Indore every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 14:30 hrs. and reaches Pune the next day at 08:10 hrs.Train no.22943 departs from Pune, every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 15:20 hrs., reaching Indore the next day at 08:30 hrs.
