The Indore–Pune Express (Marathi:इंदूर – पुणे एक्स्प्रेस, Hindi:इंदौर – पुणे एक्सप्रेस) is a Mail/Express Train of the Indian Railways, which runs between Indore Junction railway station of Indore, the largest city and commercial hub of Central Indian state Madhya Pradesh and Pune Junction of Pune, the commercial hub of neighbouring state Maharashtra. It is the only rail connection between Indore and Pune.

The train is maintained by the Indore Coaching Depot. The same rake is used for Indore - Patna Express, Indore - Rajendra Nagar Express, Indore–Nagpur Express and Shipra Express for one way which is altered by the second rake on the other way.
