Ilya Aleksandrovich Gruznov (Russian: Илья Александрович Грузнов; born 5 February 1997) is a Russian football player.
He made his professional debut in the Russian Professional Football League for FC Lokomotiv Liski on 17 October 2014 in a game against FC Kaluga.[1]
