"I Love You Love Me Love" was a popular song by Gary Glitter. Written by Gary Glitter and Mike Leander and produced by Mike Leander, "I Love You Love Me Love" was Glitter's second number one single in the UK Singles Chart, spending four weeks at the top of the chart in November 1973,[1] and establishing itself as Britain's best-selling single in 1973. It was later covered by Tommy James in 1976 and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts in 1982. It reached No. 2 in both Ireland and Australia.

Sales and certifications

It is Glitter's most successful entry in the UK Singles Chart, earning him the first platinum record awarded to a British artist. It has sold 1.14 million copies in the UK as of November 2012.[2]
