IMImobile is a global software and solutions company that enables organisations to utilise mobile and digital technologies to communicate and engage with their customers. The company's technologies act as a software layer between existing IT systems, complex business processes and customer touch points across mobile, digital, and social media channels.
Its services are delivered to organisations including Vodafone, O2, Telefónica, Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, AT&T, MTN, France Telecom, Centrica, Universal Music, Tata, the AA, the BBC and major financial institutions.[1]
The company is headquartered in Hyderabad, with offices in London,Atlanta and Dubai and has over 750 employees worldwide.[2] IMImobile is quoted on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market with the TIDM code IMO.[3]
History
In 1999, IMImobile was established. In 2001, the company started development of the DaVinci Evolved Service Platform (ESP), a mobile service delivery platform, with the aim of providing telecom operators a flexible foundation on which new services could be delivered to their subscribers.[4]
Since 2000, IMImobile has pioneered the ‘managed service model’ that offers end to end technology and operational solutions.[5]
IMImobile was admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 27 June 2014. [6]
