IHH Healthcare Berhad is a MalaysianSingaporean private healthcare group focused on upmarket health services, and Asia's largest private healthcare group. It is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and has activities in the private hospital and health sector throughout Asia and the Middle East, notably in Singapore, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, and the United Arab Emirates. The group has over 25,000 employees. It is listed on Bursa Malaysia and the Singapore Exchange.[1] In recent years IHH has expanded significantly in India, China and the Middle East.

IHH owns Singapore-based Parkway Pantai, the largest private hospital operator of Southeast Asia, and the International Medical University in Kuala Lumpur, and is also the majority shareholder of Acıbadem Healthcare Group, the largest Turkish private healthcare company. IHH owns 51% of the Hyderabad-based private healthcare provider Continental Hospitals Limited in India.

The majority shareholder of IHH Healthcare is the Malaysian government's sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional, followed by Mitsui of Japan and Citigroup of the United States. The Chairman of IHH is Abu Bakar Suleiman.
