The giant swiftlet (Hydrochous gigas), also known as the waterfall swift, is a species of swift in the Apodidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Hydrochous.[2] It is found in Indonesia and Malaysia, where its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.[1]
