Selling of the centre

Stores

Harbour Place consists of many small outlets such as Boots, EuroGiant Express and a Vodafone Talk to Me store. All stores are located on the ground floor of the shopping centre. On the first floor, there a radio studio, bathrooms and an Esquire's Coffee café which has opened in recent years after the closing of the previous cafe 'Cafe Le Monde' which once resided in the same location prior its premature closure. In late January 2015, Golden Discs closed down unexpectedly with the loss of four jobs. The owners deemed the shopping centre “no longer commercially viable”.[3]
