Happy Anderson (born November 19, 1976 in New Paltz, New York) is an American actor who has worked in film, television, on and off Broadway. He is best known for his role as Mr. James "Jimmy" Fester[1] on Cinemax's The Knick. He plays Detective Verne Ratliff[2] on the upcoming Cinemax series Quarry and will recur in the upcoming Netflix series Mindhunter, from executive producer/director by David Fincher and executive producer Charlize Theron.
Biography
Anderson graduated from Rondout Valley High School in 1995. He received a bachelor of fine arts degree from Ithaca College in 1999, graduating alongside Larry Teng, Kevin Deibolt, Ben Wilson and Brantley Aufill. He graduated with a master's of fine arts from Indiana University in 2002. In 2003, he moved to New York City. On August 29, 2011, he married Meg Griffiths.
