Greg Sankey

Greg Sankey is the commissoner of the Southeastern Conference. He previously served the SEC for 13 years in various capacities. Prior to that, he was the commissioner of the Southland Conference.[1]

Sankey is a native of Auburn, New York. He earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Cortland and his master's degree from Syracuse University. Sankey and his wife, Cathy reside in Birmingham, Alabama and have two adult daughters. [1]
