"Greenback Dollar" is a song that was sung by Roy Acuff and his Smoky Mountain Boys on a Grand Ol' Opry broadcast of November 18, 1939. It has also been recorded by Woody Guthrie and by the Kinston Trio. It was also recorded by Hoyt Axton in his album "Greenback Dollar" of 1963.
