Greater Noida Institute of Technology
Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT)[1] is an engineering college in Greater Noida, India, specialising in technical education.
It has been approved by All India Council Of Technical Education and affiliated with "Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University", Lucknow. At present it offers courses at the undergraduate and post graduate levels.
History
Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) is a part of the gniot group of institutions which was established in year 2000.[2]
Campus
The campus of the Institute is located in Knowledge Park 2, Greater noida. the campus has 20 acres of academic space, transit hostel, dispensary, play-ground, gymnasium,student activity centre and an auditorium.
The campus is entirely residential with accommodation facilities provided for all students in hostels on the campus.
Academics
The following Undergraduate courses are conducted at GNIOT:-
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.
The following Postgraduate courses are conducted at GNIOT:-
- Master of Business Administration.
- Master of Computer Applications.
