Galle was the head football coach for the Bethel Threshers located in North Newton, Kansas. He held that position for the 1953 season. His coaching record at Bethel was 2 wins, 6 losses and 1 tie.As of the conclusion of the 2010 season, this ranks him #16 at Bethel in total wins and #11 at the school in winning percentage (.278).^[2]
