The Giant Virus Finder is a free bioinformatics software for finding giant viruses in metagenomes.
Applications
First applications of the Giant Virus Finder is Giant Virus Toplist, the list of the largest virus genome.
Other application is that giant viruses have found in the metagenomes collected from the Great Rann of Kutch. [1]
