George Kipiani (Georgian: გიორგი ყიფიანი; born 12 August 1978) is a former Georgian professional football player and currently the coach assistant of Hapoel Ironi Rishon LeZion FC.

Born in Tbilisi, Kipiani played at Georgia, Latvia, Greece, and Israel Premier League teams.

2002–2003: Captain of WIT Georgia.

After retiring from football as a player, Kipiani was appointed as head coach of FC Sioni 2010–2011 (Georgian Premier League).

2011–2012: Kipiani was appointed as assistant coach assistant of FC-Zestafoni (Championship winner).

2012–2013: head coach of FC-Metalurgi Rustavi.

Currently (2014) the coach assistant of Hapoel Ironi Rishon LeZion FC.

At the same time since January 2014 Manager of Hapoel Ironi Rishon LeZion FC Youth Academy.
