Gārgya (feminine Gārgī, "descendant of Garga") is an Mahabharat (Era) patronymic and may refer to:
- a king of the Gandharvas
- a grammarian predating Pāṇini, see Vyakarana
- the author of the Samaveda-Padapatha
- a Brahmin gotra
