Frenz United or in full Frenz United Football Club (FUFC) is a Malaysian football club located in Malacca City. Frenz United is the country’s first Professional Football Club with Academy for professional footballers. The club trying to conceive, promote and implementing game-changing excellence in football that is enabling an entire generation of highly skilled, disciplined and competent individuals.[1]

History

Frenz United was founded in 2012 and committed to strengthening the Football culture in Malaysia, to ensure that various stakeholders understand the football potential has to offer as a means to achieve their own objectives. Their first base is in Janda Baik, Pahang before move to Malacca as another based for their academy.[2]

In January 2016, Johor Darul Ta'zim football club bought a 50 percent stake in the club in order to strengthen the youth development program.[3]

Colours and badge

Frenz United's colours are black, white and a bit of red.

The Frenz United badge has a dragon symbol.

Frenz United plays their home matches currently in Hang Tuah Stadium located in Malacca City.[4]

Supporters

Frenz United fans are generally considered as casual as the team is mostly an academy team where most fans will support during the tournament held by the club.[5]
