Franz Kemper

Franz Kemper was a Nazi Party author.

He wrote an introduction to Konstantin Frantz's book, Masse oder Volk of 1852, where he stated, "The rise to power of Louis Napoleon is the only historical parallel to the National Socialist revolution of our day". "According to Frantz, the Napoleonic state depended on mass support, without which it could not be maintained even by the powerful Imperial army. Only through social reform could the danger of (revolutionary) socialism be eliminated"¹
