Francesca Gargallo

Francesca Gargallo (born November 25, 1956 in Siracusa, Italy) is a Mexican writer and poet. She studied philosophy in her native Italy at the Università degli studi di Roma and then in the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Gargallo, a naturalized Mexican citizen, has lived in the country since 1979 and has also published many poetry books and novels such as; Calla mi amor que vivo, Estar en el mundo, La decisión del capitán, Marcha seca and many others.[1]
