Alexandru Florin Tene (born 10 November 1968) is a retired Romanian footballer and current goalkeeper coach at Steaua București.

He was born in Bucharest and debuted in Divizia A with Dinamo Bucureşti in 1987. He only played that match before leaving Dinamo to play for smaller clubs. He rejoined Dinamo in 1991/92, in which they won the league title. After spells with various clubs the following years he returned in 2000/01 for his fourth stint in Dinamo, and retired after the season.

Florin made his debut for the national team in 1992 against Mexico, and was selected as the third-choice goalkeeper in the Euro 1996 squad. The same year he played his last international match, bringing his total tally to 6 caps.
