The Flight Stakes is an Australian Turf Club Group 1 Thoroughbred horse race for three-year-old fillies, at Set Weights, run over a distance of 1600 metres at Randwick Racecourse, Sydney, Australia in early October.[1] Total prize money for the race is A$500,000.

Race History

The race is named for champion Australian Hall of Fame mare Flight, the winner of the W S Cox Plate in 1945 and 1946. The race is part of the Epsom Handicap racecard.[1]
