Fairfield is an unincorporated community located within Howell Township in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States.[2] The community is centered on the intersection of County Route 524 (CR 524) and Ketchum Road. Some small businesses are located along CR 524 as are some township offices and schools. Other places in the area are small farms and some housing developments.[3]
