In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, the eye of fear and flame is a type of undead creature.
Publication history
The eye of fear and flame first appeared in the original first edition Fiend Folio (1981).[1]
The eye of fear and flame appeared in third edition in the Book of Vile Darkness (2002).[2]
Description
An eye of fear and flame is a skeletal humanoid with one gem in each eye socket. One eye causes fear in living creatures, and the other can shoot flame at enemies.
