Evalueserve has 3200+ employees and centers in 7 countries, as well as sales offices in many European countries, the US, Singapore and Canada. The company serves Fortune 500 companies, professional services firms, and innovative mid-size companies in financial services, life sciences and healthcare, and various manufacturing and services industries.[1]

In March 2015, Evalueserve launched InsightBee, a cloud-based start-up, which is Evalueserve’s patent-pending, scalable digital platform for pay-as-you-go in the areas of market intelligence, sales intelligence, procurement intelligence, innovation intelligence, and data-analytics-as-a service.

History

The company was started by Dr. Alok Aggarwal and Marc Vollenweider (ex-Partner at McKinsey) in December 2000, with the objective of building a professional services firm across a range of specialist industries to clients worldwide. Since its inception, the company has evolved from offering a pure geographic cost arbitrage service model to one focused on offshore research centers.[2]

Ashish Gupta was appointed as the first COO and country head of India, with their Gurgaon office being the largest by a long way.

In 2008, Evalueserve has appointed Nand Gangwani as its new Chief Financial Officer,[3] and in 2014, Robert Eiselt has been hired as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), a new position in the company.[4]

In April 2015, Evalueserve signed a partnership with Software AG, an enterprise software company,[5] joining its fast-growing, partner ecosystem as consultant and value added reseller.[6] Evalueserve also signed a partnership agreement with the software provider Teradata in June 2015.

Acquisitions

In August 2014, Evalueserve announced the acquisition of the German business intelligence provider Beyond Data.[7] As of August 2015, Beyond Data has been officially renamed into Evalueserve GmbH.

In 2015, Evalueserve acquired Treparel, a Dutch provider of text analytics and visualization solutions.[8]
