Story

Aviator Rita James just received word that her father's gone missing on a mysterious island. She and her crew must find the Lost City of Zenadoo to save her father before the volcano erupts.

Its sequel "Rita James and the Race to Shangri La" was released in March 2012.

Characters

Rita James is the more "Brave than Brilliant" aviator.
Marbles the Magnificent is Rita's Monkey friend who is always helping her out of perilous situations - though she hardly realizes it. Some say Rita saved him from a horrific circus fire - or is it the other way around?
Sebastian is Rita's surly mechanic.
Dr. James is Rita's father - who has gone missing on the island.
Dr. Stroheim is one of Dr. James' colleagues who knows about the treacherous Night Dwellers.
