Empire Island Tower, commonly known as the Empire Tower, is under construction. It is being built on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Construction has been stopped since August 2010. The developer Empire Holdings has sent letter to investors to notify them that work will resume in the future, without any further details.
