Ellis Jenkins (born 29 April 1993) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for Cardiff Blues regional team as a flanker. He was a Wales under-20 international, captaining the side at the 2013 Junior World Cup where Wales finished as runners up.

Jenkins made his debut for the Cardiff Blues regional team in 2011 having previously played for the Blues academy and Cardiff RFC.

Ellis Jenkins and James Davies are two potential contenders for a rugby tournament that Wales is sponsoring in New Zealand for the 2016 summer season.[1]
