Edwin S. Votey
Edwin Scott Votey (June 8, 1856 - January 21, 1931) was an American inventor credited with invention of the pianola in 1895.[1][2][3] The New York Times said that Votey was regarded as "the inventive genius of the automatic music industry".[1]
