Downtown Summerlin

Downtown Summerlin in the center

Downtown Summerlin is the name for a 400-acre (160 ha)[1] area in the center of Summerlin. The area is bounded by Sahara Avenue to the south, CC 215 to the west, Charleston Boulevard on the north and Town Center Drive to the east. Downtown Summerlin includes the like named shopping center, One Summerlin a Class A office tower, the Red Rock Casino and additional commercial buildings.

In 2014, The Calida Group began development on their project named Constellation At Downtown Summerlin,[2] a 124 unit gated apartment development.[3][4]

One Summerlin

One Summerlin

One Summerlin is a nine-story, 200,000 square feet (19,000 m2) office building located in the center of the Downtown Summerlin shopping center.[5] As of September 2015, it is only 54% leased. This has been attributed to the building's high rental rates, distant location from the airport and the Strip, and the absence of an adjacent parking garage or parking lot.[6]

Shopping center

The Downtown Summerlin shopping center is a 1,600,000 square feet (150,000 m2) shopping area, containing 125 stores and restaurants and a Regal Cinemas theater.
