Don McManus
Donald R. "Don" McManus (born November 8, 1959) is an American actor, who played minor roles in shows such as Seinfeld and 24, as well as films such as Air Force One. He is best known for his Seinfeld role as Duncan Meyer, a rival of the titular character, who appeared in the episode "The Race".
