Dilip Kumar Paul

Dilip Kumar Paul (born March 19, 1956, Silchar, Assam) is an Indian politician who is the current Deputy Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly. He is a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party and is elected to the assembly from the Silchar constituency. [1][2][3][4]
