Dhokal Singh Basnyat

Dhokal Singh Basnyat was the governor of Kumaun and Garhwal. He was the youngest son of Senapati Shivaram Singh Basnyat. He was the owner of Narayanhiti Palace called as Kirti Mandir at his time.
