Devanakonda is a mandal in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, India. Since pre independence it has quait identification in kurnool history. And after post independence of India it got famous in Sufism where a great Sufi saint chastity located. He is sri Digambara Muki Thatha chasti (famously known as Tikka thatha) here URUSU conducts for every year. Many people come here to celebrate URUSU. From here exactly 2 km the Great GEDDA RALLA MARIYAMMA temple is located in Geddaralla villages many people celebrates Devara once in two years. The people visits here to celebrate Devara from various places of south India.
